Hello, Jennifer. It's tough to tell what you have with this kind of damage, but I think you could use our 82-030 as a replacement. I recommend looking over the dimensions we show for this product to make sure they all line up with your original hardware. Really, the most important dimension is the hole spacing. If that matches, then you'll be good to go.
