IWC Sash guide and lower balance attachment brackets

Question

The bottom pieces that attach the stash balance to the window are both broken. Photos show the lower broken point and the piece on the window. Alsp the right guide is broken> photos show the broken right and good left.

Hello! Looks like you need a new pivot shoe, pivot bar, and tilt latch. I believe we can help with all three, but I need more photos in order to proceed.

Starting with the pivot shoe and pivot bar, please remove an undamaged version of each one from the window and show me a clear shot without obstruction. Too many important details are obscured for these parts currently.

As for the tilt latch, our 26-193 and 26-194 may work, but it will depend entirely on size. Review our dimensions below and let me know how well they compare, or if they differ in any way.
