IWC Slider Mortise Lock

Hi,

I have a white IWC sliding glass door with a broken lock. I can't find mortise hardware on your site that matches exactly. Please help.

The entire unit measures 6 1/2" x 5/8". There is 3 5/8" between the screws. The smaller unpainted portion is 3 1/4" x 1/2".
