IWC Window Balance replacements 26 2 AX CMC 11

Hi,

I am looking to replace a couple IWC window balances. Marking is 26 2 AX CMC 11. Length 27". Window sash weight 11 lbs.

Bottom balance shoe width 1/2" depth 1 1/8".

First time doing this so let me know what other information you need to make sure I get the right product.
