IWC Window balancer

47 in x 71 in single hung window (47 in x 35.5 each pane). The balances has the marking of 35E DN5 CMC. One of the balancers is broken and needs to be replaced.

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need to see an undamaged balance assembly removed from the other side or a similar window in the house to research your replacement options. Thank you!

I finally managed to get the broken one out to show the broken part. Also showed the connection from a similar window while still in the window.

We don't carry an exact match to your tilt balance but we believe that our S795-35 channel balance with a 1-1/4" wide T-Lock and a 35E spring strength option should work for you. Please compare the specifications and see what you think.
