IWC channel balance 32C BSI

I have a "Single Hung window" by IWC (apparently they don't make my windows anymore). Double-paned and tilt.

I need the balance channel (pictured above). It measures at 32" long, 1/2" wide, 1/2 deep.

In the last picture one can see 32C B.S.I stamped on the channel.

Hello,

Your balance looks like a match to our S770-32 with a 32C spring strength option. Carefully compare the measurements of your pivot shoe and pivot bar to our 15-154 and 26-369, Please let us know how and if they differ at all and we will continue researching for you. Thanks for posting!

Thank you! Yes as best as I can tell, the measurements match. (My original cam is white not blue which I imagine is of no relevance). Can I ask what is your return policy just in case I do order the wrong part?
