Overall height of 9.5 inches, with screw holes 4 inches apart.

Hello,

I'd recommend double-checking the exact distance between the center of the installation holes in your door, which I suspect is closer to 3-15/16". If so, take a look at the 82-030 handle set.

I'd also recommend checking your door rollers and track for debris or damage. Broken handles often result from extra strain being put on the door due to other damaged hardware. If so, it is likely that the new handle set could break prematurely. Thanks for posting!

Thanks for your reply. Yes, you are correct re the screw hole spacing. Is there a handle available in dark bronze as opposed to black?
Thanks too for your recommendation re the sliders ... I did clear out some sand from the bottom runner.

I'm afraid the 82-030 only comes in white, beige, or black at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
