A quick learner from California says:
Hello, I need to replace three (3) individual non-tilt window spring rails.
I have included pictures of the Window spring. Please advise which exact pieces I would need to purchase.

Hi there!

Your bottom shoe is obscured by the tape measure so I can't tell if it has wings or not. Can you confirm? If it does have wings, you could have either our S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. The Series 380 has a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" shoe. You'll need to measure as shown below to determine which one matches best. You will also need to choose the 2650 spring strength option.

We always recommend replacing the balances on both sides of the window. If you were to pair an old balance with a new one, the newer one would wear out a lot faster since it has to pick up the slack for the old one. Just something to keep in mind.
