There is no writing on any of it. From base of window to top of white part is approx 32in. Can clearly see one side complete missing the shoe, and the other side the shoe has a crack at the bottom therefore not supporting anything

Thanks for your post! You have an old Metal Industries vinyl window. The pivot shoe is the 15-180 Coil Balance Shoe. Take a look over the specifications to confirm it is a match.
The compatible coil springs are the Series 190 Coil Balance. They are attached to the shoe using the 33-073 screw and anchored in the with track using the 15-186 Coil Balance Clip (used along with the 15-182 Balance Bushing).
To determine the correct coil spring for your assemblies, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the coil. If there aren't any or they are hard to read, please see the video tutorial for instructions.
