We don't sell an exact match for this handle set, but I believe our 82-030A can be used as an alternative. Just note that this has a centered key lock and thumb lever. If your key lock and thumb lever are offset, then see our 82-030B instead.
We also sell two possible replacements for the mortise. See our 82-211 and 82-214B. The best match will depend on measurements, so you need to measure the original before you make a purchase. You ought to do that for the handle, too, just in case. No getting around that, it's a routine part of this kind of project. First you compare, then you purchase. You never want to buy these parts without that first step.
