I'd like to order these balancers

My local shop ordered them for me, label attached. I need more, now that I successfully replaced them in a pilot project. What is the correct part# to order? These are Milgard single-hung vinyl windows from the 1990s.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see a photo of the fitting attached to the opposite end of the metal channel as well to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!

Hi Casey:
I appreciate your help. Here are photos from the two ends of the old, 27" long broken balance. The width of the channel is 1/2".

Thanks for getting back to us. With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 2640 spring strength options for your replacement balances. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
