Take a look at our 39-011 and 39-012 operators, compare the dimensions of our parts to that of yours, and see if these will work for you.

I have 4 cranks. Two right to left. I believe the problem is only that the part the handle attaches to is stripped. They?re old tho and so I?d like to replace the entire crank that is inside the house on all four.
My crank mechanism measures 5.5 inches from top to bottom. It?s about 1 inch wide. See photo

The 39-011 is the correct measurement. My problem is that the link arm is held on with a fixed piece and secured on the other side with an e ring not a Phillips head screw. Will it still work?

I think you could have an older style Silverline window. Take a look at the 39-025 and 39-026. These are newer versions of the older Silverline window which used the "e" clip. Fortunately, a link arm that uses a screw can still replace this type. In fact I think it's a lot easier to deal with. Those "e" rings can be frustrating.

Look over the 39-025 and 39-026 and let me know if you agree.
