Ideal Out-Swinging Door Handle Replacement

Dear Sir:
I have a 40+ year old IDEAL brand out-swinging door handle set that I need to replace. The inside latch broke and I lost the spindle spring in the process of removing it from the door. No model numbers appear on the parts, only U.S. and Canadian patent numbers. The t2 screw holes are 1 3/4" on center. There is no hole on the bottom of the handle. Attached are photos. What model IDEAL door handle set should I order?

I don't think your handle set is available anymore, but you could perhaps replace the inside handle with our 40-152. You could also consider retrofitting our 40-033 or 40-152, though I'm not as sure those would work. See what you think.
