A contractor from Elizabethtown Pa 17022 says:
Not having any luck with the manufacturer getting these parts but I thought maybe you guys have them in stock I'm just be easier to buy replacements

I see a 7 printed on the original part, would that mean it's a 7 pound spring? If so should I order 2-7 pound springs also?

Yes, that stamp typically means that each spring is rated to carry 7 pounds. With one 7 pound spring on each side, that means that the total sash weight ought to be 14 pounds. You can weigh your sash to confirm, that way you'll know beyond any shadow of a doubt.
