Hello,
Would your team be able to help me find a replacement window balance? The existing part has ‘PAT. #5.737.877’ marked on it. It’s about 25” long, about 1/2” wide (thin side) and 1” at the tee piece on the bottom. the sash is about 20 pounds.
Your help would be much appreciated, thanks!

Hello there. This old crossbow balance is no longer made, but one of our tilt window channel balances should be able to replace it. To know which, please tell us the diameter of the spring. That should narrow it down.
