Identification of a replacement part # for andersen sash counterblance

I have several Andersen counterbalances that have failed (and must be replaced)......the attached picture shows one with numbers I can't find on your website.

Please see our 24-737 Andersen sash balance. Based on the stamp printed on your balance, this is what I would recommend.
