Identification of block & tackle channel balance

We can assist with a replacement balance, but to further confirm a match, we will need to see the inside middle of the balance where we can view the connection point between the spring and pulley system. From there we can narrow down a replacement for you. Thank you!

With these attachments you could either have the S378, S380 or S385 channel balance. The main difference is the depth of the shoe as measured below. Please compare to your original to confirm the correct series. You will need a 26" balance with a 2540 stamp option that can support a 19 to 25 pound window sash.
