Identification of window

Question

I have replaced window rollers before, but now I don't have an assistant.

How can I retrieve the identification number of my slider so that I can take to my local retailer?

I have located a label for ANSI/AAMA 101-93 which identifies SGD-C20/SGD/C25 MST: 10080/100610.

Is this enough information for my local people to sell me the right rollers?

Unfortunately, no, that information isn't enough to identify the roller. We would need to see a photo of the entire roller housing removed from the window in order to figure out what replacement might work.
