I don't have pictures of this window balance while it was installed
The metal part is 29" long. It is stamped 2820G on one side. No other identifying marks.
The shoe measured exactly 1" per the guide picture. But it was slightly different than your pictures, and I suspect it has been worn down. I may have to retrieve another balance from a working window in my client's house.

Hello! If the depth of your shoe is exactly 1" then my top recommendation is our Series 380. I wouldn't worry about the design of the shoe in this instance; while that's not an unimportant detail by any means, in this particular case I don't think it will come into play. Size is more important.
