Identify Bubble Seal

Question

Please help identify bubble seal replacement. Diameter = 1/4" base tab = 1/8" (or maybe 3/16"). thanks,

I'm not sure what to recommend. It looks like the kerf, which is used to install this seal to the window, has broken off. Either that, or I'm just not getting a good look at it. Could you show me a clearer shot of the kerf?
