Identify Caldwell channel balance

Hi,

I need to replace a Caldwell black and tackle unit. I've uploaded three pics of the ends and the only code i see written on it. The writing reads "33 5 CR Caldwell". The piece measures 34" long metal-to-metal.

Is any additional information needed to help identify the specific part #?
