Hi there Garry.

I'm afraid your photo didn't come through. Could you try re-uploading it for us? We'll do our best to assist from there.

Our 39-187 operator resembles what you have here. The link arm for this measures 5" long but it looks like yours may be a bit shorter. I'm not sure if that's just a trick of the angle though. Review the specifications below and see if they match up.

Thanks Emily,

It does look like a good match but I will double check with my customer the dimensions shown and go to the next step.

Thanks for your help, Garry

No problem, Garry. I'll be here if you need anything else!

Hi Emily, I measured the operator arm and it is 4 1/2" long instead of 5". Is there another arm that is close to that measurement?

Thanks, Garry

We don't sell a version of this operator with a 4-1/2" link arm. You could first try using the operator as is to see if it works regardless. If it doesn't, you can try re-positioning the stud bracket the link arm connects to and see if that makes up the difference.

You can swap the old and new link arms if all else fails. If you're up to the task, you'll need to drill the link arms out, then use a 62-014B Rivet to connect the old link arm to the new operator.
