Identify Channel Balance

Question

Customer believes her windows are Pella.  I have looked at every channel balance in your catalog.   I need 4 sets. Please help Identify.  Thanks again

Hello,

Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-208 show below. Unforutnately, your channel balance is too damaged to identify. We would need to see photos of an intact balance removed from the other side or from an identical window in the house. Make sure to include photos of both ends and the clip at the end of the pulley cord. Thank you!
