Needing help identifying the appropriate replacement balances - will need 2 pair. This is a non-tilt window.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. Can you us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Perfect, thank you! Based on the photos you've uploaded, I recommend the S380-34 or S385-34. The best match will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below. You can also select the 3350 stamp option for your replacements.
