Thanks for writing in! I've narrowed down the possible replacement for this balance to a few different series we have. To determine the correct one, I'll need to see a photo of the spring side of the balance; particularly the bracket in the center of the balances that connects the spring and string.

Hi thank you! Here it is on both sides, please let me know if you need more photos for correct channel balance identification. Also, is the spring potentially dangerous, as in it could release energy and spring out powerfully? Thanks!

Thanks for the additional photos. You'll need either the S380-27 or the S385-27. To determine which of these is the correct replacement, you'll need to compare the depth of your bottom shoe.

I'm not able to cross-reference your stamp with those on our balances. That said, you'll need to confirm the exact weight of your sash to confirm the correct stamp.

There is a chart below the product description of the balances that lists the weight ranges each stamp can support.
