hello, the only markings are 32 3 BS1 06
we need to replace a few of these so just want to know what parts they are as the markings do not align with what we see online.

Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 32-5/8" which is what makes it custom. We recommend confirming as custom orders are non-refundable.
In the meantime, can you confirm the number of balances you're looking to order?

Hello, thank you for the response. We need to get 2x 32-3 and 8x of the 32-2 they're the same but for windows that aren't as wide.
