I believe these match up to your S795-23.Want to verify that, and see if you can tell bythe markings on the metal which sash weightrange I need.

Hey there,

Thanks for writing in! Your window balances can be replaced with the S795-23 Channel Balance. You'll also need to purchase the 15-195B shoe since your cam is open on the back of the shoe. There is a video tutorial below with instructions on how to swap out the shoes.

You can likely use the 23C stamp but it would be encouraged to double check that your sash weighs between 16 to 21lbs.
