Identify Pella Awning Window for correct Operator

Question

I'm sending several photos of this Pella Awning Window, it was made in the 1990's.
I'm in search of the correct " Operator " for this window.
There is no visible serial number to be found.
I truly hope that you can help me out with replacing the needed part.
