Identify Replacement Sash Spring - Help

I am looking for the left and right replacement of this sash spring.
I see 11600-16 and BS8 1027 10 88 stamped on the unit. Please help with what replacement parts is suitable as I can't anything on line with those #s.

Hello there. See our 24-1033. This will replace Andersen balances with the stamp '1027' and without other markers that indicate the left or right-handed balances are not identical. Let me know if you have further questiomns.
