Hello,

I need to purchase 4 window sash channels.   They are 30 inch in length.    Please see attached photos for other information on the original part.

Hello, thank you for posting,

We can assist with a replacement channel balance, but to further review, we will need to see a picture of the inside of the metal channel where we can view the connection point between the spring and pulley system.

Please also provide an additional angle of the top attachment to determine if it is winged out like the bottom shoe. From there we can narrow down the correct series for the window. Thank you!

Attached are two photos. One the top and bottom of the channel.   Thank you for your help.

Thank you for the additional images,

We will just need to see a picture of the inside of the metal channel where we can view the connection point between the spring and pulley system. From there we can move forward. Thank you!

Perfect thank you,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S378, S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The main difference is the depth of the bottom shoe.

You will need a 30 inch balance with a 2930 stamp option. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions!
