Please help me identify a replacement for my 27'' channel (5/8'' depth and 1/2" width) and a replacement for the same fitting guide for the top of the channel with about 1/2'' depth. There is a stamp that may possibly read 26-5 H05 CMC 43.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help with this, but it must be a custom order since your balance has the pulley wheel built into the bottom shoe. Can you confirm the number of balances you'd like to order? We'd also like to see a photo of the number code on the underside of the bottom shoe.
I'm afraid this isn't the code that we need. It would be located on the underside of the bottom shoe. I circled the bottom shoe below as a reference.
