Identify a working replacement for my tilt latch?

Quick Learner from MD
Left and Right tilt latch for Ryan Homes single family residence built in 2008. 3" long overall, 3/4" wide, 3/8" nose. Clear plastic underside. No full lip under the top plate, and a full lip replacement doesn't fit in, either. No markings other than L and R.

The left one snapped in two and the right one just popped out; we found them on the floor. Had not been used at all.

We unfortunately don't sell this exact tilt latch. I would say that our best option is going to be the 26-244, but carefully review our dimensions to verify that they line up. We also sell the 26-243 for the opposite side.

Yeah, the problem with those is the lip that runs all around the inside.

I think it should still work. The lip that runs along the side serves the same function as the tabs on your original, it's just a different style. We unfortunately don't have anything with those same tabs, so the above product is our best option at this time.
