Identify balance for milgard window

The balance measured 27" and 1/2". Pictures are uploaded as requested. Would like to have this balance identified so I can order the correct replacement part.

If the metal channel is 27" even in length, see either our S380-27 or S385-27. The difference between these two balances is the bottom nylon shoe depth, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. In either case you'll need a stamp option of 2640.
