Identify balance part

My window balance rod is stamped 2520 BSI as in the attached photo. I see that you have that part but in a number of different series. How do I know what series to order? Thanks.

Thanks for posting. I think we can help you replace this balance, but I need just a little more information. Could you provide pictures of the attachments at either end of the metal channel? The style of these attachment(s) help us identify the proper balance you need. Could you also confirm the length of the metal channel (not including the end attachments)? Thanks.

Thanks. The length is 26" without the end attachments and the width is 1/2". Attached are photos of the ends.

Thanks for the extra information. See our S390-26 Channel Balance. Your stamp option of 2520 is for a window sash in the weight range of 9 through 15 lbs. Let us know if you have any questions.
