Identify balancers

Question

Please ignore my previous attempt at an email, I did not include all the necessary info.

I have purchased the wrong balancers in the past and the windows begin to open correctly and without resistance. But then they get stuck and won't open any further. The issue is the width of the "ears" at the bottom of the balancer. I end up grinding off some of the plastic piece that sticks out from the metal channel. Please see the pic "EarMeasurement.jpg" for a better reference.

The balancers are .5" wide and I have two different lengths needed. The metal channels are 29" and 17". Part number ordered prevoiusly are 16204 and 16404 for the 17" balancer and 2830 for the 29" balancer. I'll need two pairs for each length.

I'm also looking for balance caps, do you have metal ones?

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to look into this. Can you show us photos of a balance from a window that was never repaired before? We would like to see an undamaged assembly removed from the window with close-up shots of the top and bottom fittings.

As for the top sash guide in your last photo, can you show us a photo of the front of it?
