Identify channel balance '30 3 Caldwell KL'

I would like to replace the window balances '30 3 Caldwell KL', Non tilt window, 31' long, I'm not sure which one I should order, please help me to identify it. Thanks!

Hello! based on your photos, you have either our S380-31 or S385-31. The only difference between them is the depth of the shoe, so all you have to do is measure yours and refer to our dimensions to confirm.
