Identify channel balance

Question

I'm pretty sure I have a 3850 channel balance for my 29" x 33" Lawson Industries 7700 impact sliding window.  I can't figure out what part I need from your catalog.  Can you provide a proper model number to buy?  There are 800 other homes in my community with the same windows.  Your help is appreciated.

Hello,

As long as your bottom attachment has the same 1-3/32" depth as the S385-30, your stamp indicates you need a 2965 strength option to support a 38-pound sash. You can also weigh the sash to confirm that the stamp is accurate and that this replacement balance will have the correct amount of strength. Thank you!
