Identify correct spiral balance

My window weighs 15lbs and is the tilt type. The current balance is 29" with a dia of 3/8". The window say series 96 SH with marking of H-R35-47x83. Please let me know if you carry a replacement for this.

Thanks for posting! based on the dimensions of the balance, it sounds like you may have our S900-29 spiral balance. Please take a look and see if you agree. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Thank you Tom. I will be ordering some balances, tilt controls, tilt latches and pivot shoes. Do you also have any window screen clips ? Some of mine are broke and I need replacements. They appear to be plastic. I have attached a picture.
