Hello, can you identify the manufacturer of my windows please? The house was built in 1988, the window frames are aluminum, are dark brown, uses spiral balances, and uses these little slip-in plastic blocks for sash alignment. Also do you know the p/n for these blocks and if they are available anywhere?

Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing the manufacturer of your window. I'd recommend checking the sash and frame for a label that may point you in the right direction.
As for the face guides, you can start by comparing the 67-027 shown below to an intact guide removed from the sash. Thanks for posting!
