Identify my balancer

Please review the pictures attached and confirm which model I need. I am thinking it is a 25" series 380 Channel Balancee.

This is a special kind of balance that will need to be custom made. I'm afraid our Series 380 will not replace this. Before we can start, can you show me a picture of the metal clip at the end of the cord? The one I see on this balance is broken. We will need to see that to identify the right match. Can you also tell me how many you need?

Here is a picture of the metal clip end. I also weighed the window - it is 26 lbs.

I will need two of these balancers. Please advise.

Thank you! I just need one last piece of information. Can you confirm the exact length of the metal channel and the stamp printed on it? I see you were looking at a 25" long balance on our site, but your balance should end on a 5/8" measurement. Once I have that, I'll email you a custom balance order link.
