Identify my part

I have these hinges on my bathroom vanity doors. A few of them are broke and I need to replace them. They have two patent numbers stamped on them....6.226.835 and 5.233726

Thanks for posting! May I see a photo of where this hinge would install on the cabinet door? It would also help to see a photo of what it looks like installed, if possible.
