Identify my window

Question

I hope you can help me. I need parts for my windows and I don't know what type of windows they are. I saw on your website on man from Connecticut looked like he had the same problem and the same type of parts. I have attached 5 photos of the parts that I need. thank you.

Thanks for posting, Mark. I'm not sure what brand your windows are based on these images, but I still may be able to help. Check out our 15-175 pivot shoe. Does this look like a match for your own shoe? If so, then you may also want to look at our Series 152 coil spring. Let me know what you think.
