Currently I have a Certainteed glass sliding door with dual point hooks, but no ability to lock it from outside. Can you identify the part # of that handle set? Do you have a replacement for outside handle that has a keyed cylinder (keys included)? Would my current mortise accommodate that keyed exterior handle, or I need a new mortise also?

Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 82-081 keyed mortise style handle set. This handle set has a 4-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center and would be compatible with your current mortise lock.
