Identify part please for a channel balance

Question

Hi this is from an empire pacific window circa 2000. No tilt. They are no longer in business.
Stamp marking indicates 2530 BSI ME. 26 inch long. Can you please identify the proper part? If there is a way to attach a photo I can provide also. Thank you, mark.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.
