It is a jam liner with an integrated ballast system inside the jam liner.

Unfortunately, we don't carry this type of balance system used in a jamb liner. We suggest going to your local millwork and having them supply you with the latest style jamb liner for your insulated wood sashes. Thanks for posting and good luck with your repair.
