Identify parts please

Hi
Have a couple broke balances and a few window sash guides broke. Metal balance is 30"x 1/2" with winged top and bottom nylon pieces

Any help would be appreciated

Hi Brad, thanks for writing in. For your top sash guide, see our 18-166. In regards to your channel balance, I need to see clear, unobstructed images of those plastic attachments at either end of the metal channel. I would preferably like to see them from above with the open side of the channel, where the spring is revealed, facing up. Additionally, can you please tell me the length of the metal channel, disregarding the plastic attachments? Many thanks!

Great thanks for those follow up pictures. It looks like you could have either our S380-30 or S385-30. The difference between the Series 380 and the Series 385 lies in the depth of the shoe. Take a look at the picture below for more detail.

In regards to your stamp option, 2990 is from an older identification system. One of our stamp options may work, but you will need to weigh your window sash and refer to the chart on the product page to determine the right one. Let me know if you have any questions about this!
