Identify replacement window balance

Hello,
I need to replace a set of 28in window balances but I can't match the top and bottom fittings. The top is non winged while the bottom is winged with a depth of 1in. There are some models on the site that appear close but not quite exact in terms of top and bottom fittings. Please advise on the correct window balance. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We have the Series 350, which comes attached with the 19-002 top fitting and 15-004, 1-3/32" deep bottom fitting. However, your depth appears to be 1" for the bottom fitting, as you mentioned.

What we can do is custom-make your balance with the 19-002 top fitting and 15-005 1" deep bottom fitting. Does that sound good to you?
