Identify required parts for crank-out casement window repair

Windows are developing a bit of rust on arms at bottom, though the big issue is corroded lower slide shoes that disengage from the hinge and then jam the windows to prevent proper closure. Would like to see if you can identify the parts we should order based on these photos. All I could identify on inspection of the windows was "EntryGard TRUTH" on one arm, the number 31538 on another, and 40887 on a third. We would like to at least replace the hinge shoes, and perhaps a few other hardware parts on three or four of the windows. Thanks for any advice and info.
