Identify sash guide

I am a first time window repairer and I have selected 2 each S380-27 channel balances to repair my window. I also need the sash guides but could not find any in your listing that have the top-to-screw-hole dimensions of 1-3/8". The windows were made by Alcan about 25 years ago. Please see attached pics.

Thanks for posting, Bob. Have you seen our 18-161 Norandex Sash Guide? This appears similar to your own hardware. Let me know if you think this will work for you.

Thanks Tom, that looks like it will work. Bronze color would be better but white will do.
