Identify screen corners

PLEASE IDENTIFY THESE PARTS.  THERE IS A 2014 STAMPED IN EACH PIECE.  THERE IS A SMALL SCREW THAT HOLDS THE KEY IN PLACE.

We may be able to replace this, but it would depend on your precise dimensions. I'm afraid I can't tell what those would be based on just the part held up to a tape measurer. I recommend looking through our entire selection here, you may be able to find a good match.
